We'll either phone you or drop you an email. First, we'll ask you a few questions about your project and timelines as this helps us to understand if we're a good fit for each other.

2. Design Consultation

Our initial design consult will typically take place at your home, which allows us to gather basic measurements and ideas etc., leading to a formal design brief. It’s always helpful if you have any photos of styles and colours you’d like us to incorporate into your design.

3. Design Concept

Design Concept

We’ll use the information gathered at our initial consult to draw your proposed project. This helps visualise the finished product, although there’s always flexibility in the design. We’ll work together to finalise the design once you agree to work with us.

4. Quote

Quote

Based on our drawings, we’ll provide you with a detailed quotation for your new space/joinery.

5. Check-Measure & Contract

Check-Measure & Contract

Once you accept the quotation and pay your deposit, we’ll conduct a check-measure onsite and go through everything in fine detail. It’s at this stage you'll finalise colour and material choices as well as any changes to the design.

6. Manufacture & Install

Manufacture & Install

All materials will be ordered and we’ll begin manufacture. When complete, we’ll be onsite to install everything to your satisfaction and ours!
